What name servers should I use for my service?

We currently have two different sets of name servers. Which you use depends on the service that you are trying to access.

For Web & Email Hosting

For all of our web and email hosting services, you should use the following name servers to point your domain name to your subscription:

  • ns1.jive.net.au
  • ns2.jive.net.au
  • ns3.jive.net.au
  • ns4.jive.net.au

For our free JiveDNS Service

All domains registered with Jive Networks come with free DNS hosting included. The free DNS service does not require an additional hosting package and will be set up automatically when you transfer or register a domain name with us.

The name servers for our free DNS service are:

  • ns1.defaultdns.com.au
  • ns2.defaultdns.com.au
